Our kitchen leans into the flavours of Italy — dough warmed by the wood-fired oven, pasta crafted by hand, and generous dishes designed to bring people together. It’s comforting, seasonal and beautifully simple: the kind of meal that turns an ordinary night in Mudgee into something memorable.

Inspired by the flavours of Italy and shaped by the seasons, our menu brings together the dishes people love to share — warm focaccia, crisp fritters, creamy burrata, wood-fired pizzas and fresh house-made pastas. Think bold, comforting flavours like spicy margherita, porcini and pancetta, rich risottos, crab fettuccine and crispy chicken Milanese.
Every plate is crafted with care, using local produce wherever possible, and finished with classic dolce — tiramisu cheesecake, affogato, dark chocolate and a little nightcap if the night calls for it.
